About the Role:

As Westhill Painting continues to grow, we’re seeking dedicated painters to join our close-knit team. This full-time position offers Monday to Friday hours, providing the perfect balance between work and play. Plus, we’re offering a generous $1,000 sign-on bonus for successfully completing your probationary period with us!
Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces with care and precision, ensuring the perfect canvas for your artistic touch.
• Apply paint products with skill and finesse, creating flawless finishes that wow our clients.
• Communicate effectively with customers and project managers, ensuring every job exceeds expectations.
• Keep our work sites clean and organized, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and quality.

Collaborate closely with our team, sharing ideas and supporting each other every step of the way.

About You:

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be:

• A skilled painter with a passion for perfection and recent experience in residential painting.
• A licensed driver with reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Someone who thrives in a team environment, but also has the initiative to work independently when needed.
• A positive, reliable individual who genuinely cares about our customers and the quality of work they deliver.
